After a decade working in clinical ophthalmology, Dr. Vance founded Iris & Co. with a simple belief: exceptional eye care should feel as good as the results it delivers.

She specialises in refractive care and dry eye disease, and brings a warm, patient-first approach to every consultation. No rushed appointments. No jargon. Just genuinely good eye care.

Since opening on Harley Street in 2016, Dr. Vance has built a practice around unhurried, technology-led diagnostics — and a team that shares her belief that every patient deserves time and clarity.
